Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2

Continuing with the Beverly Hills Chihuahua series, we move on to the sequel.

Disney loves doing the talking-dogs thing, and it doesn't seem to get old. This movie was cute and there were definitely some funny parts that the kid enjoyed. I'm noticing a theme with the dog movies - the dogs always end up being a hero and catching some sort of bad guy. Interesting.

One more in this series to go!

Beverly Hills Chihuahua

We watched a cute movie about a stuck-up rich dog who is quite pampered. She got kidnapped in Mexico and is saved by another dog who was not so pampered. It was a funny movie and the kid loved it. He liked that there was some Spanish in this movie.

Benji the Hunted

I watched this movie on my own. It was about a cute dog taking care of some little cougars who were sadly orphaned after their mother was killed by a hunter. The dog tries to save them from various threats.

It was a very quiet movie, which at times became a problem for me because I kept forgetting I was watching something!

Bejewelled

I watched this TV Movie called "Bejewelled" and I'm pretty sure it is the most boring movie I've come across in this challenge so far...

I always say your current mood when you are watching a movie has a lot to do with whether or not you enjoy it. I was frustrated just trying to find this movie and when I finally found it, it didn't seem worth the trouble. It was random. I'm not really sure how it ended. I may have fallen asleep!

In any case, it got pretty good reviews on some other websites that helped me track down where to find the movie - so I suppose it really does depend on the viewer as well.

Bedtime Stories

This week we watched Bedtime Stories. I have to say this is one of my favorite Adam Sandler movies after 2000. It's cute. He tells the kids stories and finds out that the part of the story the kids tell comes true the next day.

The kid has been walking around since we watched this movie saying "for freeeeee?". Hilarious.

Beauty and the Briefcase

This week I watched an ABC Family original movie - Beauty and the Briefcase, starring a Disney favorite, Hilary Duff.

The movie was cute and I liked it. It certainly was not the best ABC Family movie, but it was fun to watch for a girl's only night. The girl goes on so many dates with these businessmen she works with - I couldn't believe it! One after another. And the actor who played Kyle in Kyle XY was one of them, which made me excited. But of course she didn't end up with him, she ends up with the boss instead! Oh, spoiler... but you can kind of tell from that picture above.

Beauty and the Beast: Belle's Magical World

This week I watched Belle's Magical World. It did not do the original story any justice.

It seemed like a couple of episodes of a failed TV show put together and turned into a movie, like the Atlantis 2 we watched. I don't think it did the original story any favors and they could have done so much more with a sequel. I think this was made during that weird Disney time when they just kept throwing out random sequels to movies in an attempt to make some money. Anyway, this movie is miss-able.
