Tia and Tony are back! This time Tony gets kidnapped by a couple of villains looking to control him with a mind controlling device. Tia and a gang of little boys search around LA to find him. Tony almost looks evil.

This was my first time watching this movie in its entirety. I have watched the Disney Channel 90's version quite a few times in my youth so I thought they were the same but there were a lot of differences. In this one, the twins already knew each other and grew up together with a family before being orphaned and sent to live at an orphanage. People just seem to accept that these kids have special powers pretty easily in this movie.
